A Freelancer's Life: My Garbage Container is Turning into a Dalek

One thing about becoming a freelancer--you have a lot more time to observe the world around you. Your powers of observation become laser-like in their sharpness. Like, today I noticed that my garbage container has developed protrusions that weren't there before, and that they are slowly getting to look more and more like the bumps on a Dalek. The wheels are new, too. I figure it'll take another couple of months to complete the metamorphosis. (See photos below the cut.)In other freelancer news, I missed Tuesday Morning Poker with the Squirrels. Tomorrow, though, I won't be missing the mid-morning Staring-at-the-Leaves reverie. And then Thursday, of course, is the Taunt a Walking Middle School Student event. Friday, I usually just stay in and paint my nails.
